Cancellation Policy

30-Minute Cat Care Visit Policy Our 30-Minute Cat Care Visits are designed to provide reliable, stress-free care for your cat while you're away, ensuring their daily needs are met in the comfort of their own home. 🐾 Service Details Each 30-minute visit may include: Feeding and fresh water replenishment Litter box cleaning Playtime and enrichment Brushing (if tolerated) Wellness and safety check Lots of affection and companionship (on your cat's terms!) Photo and visit updates Services are customized to your cat's individual needs and routine. 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking or according to your agreed-upon service schedule. Services are non-refundable once completed. 📅 Scheduling Visits must be booked in advance. Holiday and peak-season bookings are subject to availability. Last-minute requests may be accommodated when possible. ❌ Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full visit fee. No-shows or inability to access the home will be considered a completed visit and charged accordingly. 🏠 Home Access Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to their home. Please ensure: Entry instructions are accurate and up to date Keys, lockboxes, or access codes are functioning properly Any alarm system instructions are provided in advance 🩺 Health & Safety Cats must be in generally good health unless medical conditions have been disclosed. Any medications, health concerns, dietary restrictions, or behavioural issues must be communicated before services begin. Doggos YYC reserves the right to decline services if safety concerns arise. 🚨 Emergency Care In the event of a medical emergency, Doggos YYC will make every reasonable effort to contact the client and emergency contact. If immediate veterinary care is required, Doggos YYC is authorized to seek treatment on the client's behalf. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the client. 📸 Updates Photo updates and visit summaries may be provided after each visit. Clients may opt out of marketing or social media use of photos by providing written notice. 📝 Acknowledgement By booking a 30-Minute Cat Care Visit, the client agrees to the above terms and the Doggos YYC Client Service Agreement.
