Give your dog the ultimate outdoor experience with our Adventure Walks—designed for dogs who love to explore beyond the neighbourhood. These extended walks take place on scenic trails and natural pathways throughout Calgary, Cochrane, and the surrounding area, providing plenty of opportunities to sniff, hike, and discover new environments. Each adventure is carefully planned to match your dog's energy level, fitness, and temperament. Whether exploring forested trails, rolling foothills, or riverside pathways, your dog will enjoy a safe, enriching outing that promotes both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Adventure Walks may include visits to pet-friendly trails, natural parks, and designated off-leash areas (with owner approval), allowing dogs to enjoy nature while building confidence, practicing good social skills, and burning off energy in a fun and supervised setting. Cancellation Policy
🌲 Doggos YYC Adventure Walk Policy Our Adventure Walks are designed to provide dogs with a safe, enriching outdoor experience while exploring trails throughout Calgary, Cochrane, and the surrounding areas. Please review the following policy before booking. 🐾 Service Details Adventure Walks are approximately 1.5–2 hours, including transportation (where applicable). Walks may take place on local trails, parks, and designated dog-friendly natural areas. Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and energy level, or may enjoy a private adventure if booked. 🌳 Off-Leash Participation Some Adventure Walks may include visits to designated off-leash parks or trails. To participate off leash: Owners must provide written consent before their dog participates. Dogs must have reliable recall, be social with other dogs and people, and respond well to verbal cues. Doggos YYC reserves the right to keep any dog on leash at any time if deemed necessary for safety. Dogs who display unsafe, aggressive, or overly reactive behaviour may be removed from off-leash activities. Participation in off-leash walks is a privilege and may be revoked at any time. 💳 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Adventure Walks are non-refundable once completed. 📅 Scheduling Walks must be booked in advance. Pick-up windows will be provided before each scheduled adventure. Late additions or same-day requests are subject to availability. ❌ Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service fee. If Doggos YYC is unable to access your home at the scheduled pick-up time, the walk will be considered a completed service. 🌦 Weather Policy Your dog's safety is our top priority. Adventure Walks may be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to: Extreme heat or cold Poor air quality or wildfire smoke Thunderstorms or severe weather Unsafe trail conditions Weather-related changes made by Doggos YYC will be rescheduled whenever possible. 🐕 Health & Safety For the safety of all dogs: Dogs must be healthy, free from contagious illness, and physically able to participate. Owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or behavioural concerns before the walk. Dogs must wear a properly fitted collar or harness with identification tags.
