Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1-1 Walk Policy – 30 min Walk Our 30‑minute walk is ideal for dogs who need exercise, enrichment, and a reliable break during the day. 🐾 Service Details Up to 2 dogs per walk, per household Walk length: 30 minutes Service is for the booked household only and is not transferable 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your walk. Pack walk bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. 📅 Scheduling Walks must be scheduled in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability. ❌ Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full walk fee. No-shows or inability to access the home at the scheduled time will be considered a completed service. 🌦 Weather Policy In extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, storms, or poor air quality), the walk may be shortened or modified for your dog’s safety. If necessary, the visit may be adjusted to a potty break and indoor enrichment. The full service fee will still apply. 🐕 Safety & Behaviour Dogs must be properly fitted with a secure collar or harness and be physically fit for walking. Any medical issues, injuries, or behavioural changes must be disclosed prior to the walk. Doggos Dog Walking reserves the right to pause or decline service if safety concerns arise. 📸 Updates Photo updates may be provided during or after the walk. Clients may opt out of marketing photo use in writing. 📝 Acknowledgement By booking a 30‑minute walk, the client agrees to the above terms and the Doggos Dog Walking Client Service Agreement.
